RCDEA Jubilee Year · Anno Domini MMXXVI

Corn Exchange, Ipswich · 6–13 September 2026

Mary,
Woman of the
 Eucharist.

A week of prayer centred on Jesus in the Eucharist. Teaching, worship, and moments that bring parishes, families, and communities together. Seats for the closing principal Mass on Sunday 13 September are limited — book now to secure your place.

Why a Eucharistic Congress?

“To renew our love for Jesus in the Eucharist, we need time to pray, to learn, and to reflect. The Eucharistic Congress offers that space for all of us.”

In the Diocese’s Jubilee Year — fifty years — this Congress is an act of thanksgiving and a moment of renewal. It belongs not to one parish, but to the whole town of Ipswich.

What the Congress offers

A week shaped by three things

Encounter

Time before the Blessed Sacrament

Each day makes space for Eucharistic adoration, the Rosary, and Mass — unhurried prayer that opens the heart to Christ’s real presence.

Teaching

Clear preaching on the Eucharist

Guest speakers bring teaching on the Eucharist, discipleship, and parish renewal — grounded in Scripture and the life of the Church.

Mission

Sent back to serve

Practical sessions equip participants to return to their parishes with renewed purpose for prayer and service.

Open to all

Who the Congress welcomes

Parishes & parish teams

Priests, deacons, and parish groups seeking renewed Eucharistic life and fresh energy for mission in their communities.

Families

Children, parents, and grandparents praying together — the Congress is designed so that every generation has a place and a role.

Young adults

Space to listen, worship, ask hard questions, and meet others who are seeking Christ — the Congress is not just for older parishioners.

Religious & clergy

Those who serve the Church day in and day out — the Congress offers support, encouragement, and a moment of renewal beside fellow labourers.

Support the Congress

Help make this possible

Your gift helps make the Ipswich Eucharistic Congress possible. Donations support the real costs of the week — venue hire, liturgy and music, speakers, materials, hospitality, and practical needs across every day of the Congress.

This is a shared work of four Ipswich parishes. Every contribution, whether large or small, helps to keep the Congress open and accessible to all.

Thank you for helping to centre this Congress on Jesus in the Eucharist.
